Owner roaster Greg Bauman started his coffee journey long before opening his first coffee, our mother ship, Indian Shores coffee shop in 2007. A native of Toronto Canada caffeine was a way of life. Long before all the “waves” of coffee Greg was hanging out on Parliament Street at his favorite coffee shop Jet Fuel. Espresso fueled his days!
Greg has now been caffeinating our community for 13 years. With all that experience, 3 coffee shops, he started the passion of roasting in St Pete Florida in 2016. Greg roasts right at our Grand Central Location. Come on by and say Hi!
We roast single origin arabica beans from all over the world. Check out our current roasts. If you’d like to wholesale from us in larger batches or just want us to pop a bag in the mail please send us and email.
